After-sales service
Crshop provides after-sales service for all products it sells. If your purchased product does not function properly or does not match the description, you can submit a service request at any time. To submit a service request, please enter the transaction code and upload proof of product defect in your User Control Panel.
Note: Crshop may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide after-sales service if the product malfunctions due to a violation of expressly prohibited terms.
